i just looked at some goth boy wearing one of those silly floor length duster jacket coat thingies, and instead of making fun of him to myself (as per usual), i thought, "man, i could applique the hell outta that coat."
maybe i've been working too hard.

shopping!
2 posts in one day?
i've been trying so hard to not spend money, but 1 etsy item has been haunting me. i think about it when i'm away from the computer and it makes me giggle every time. so i had to buy it. HAD TO.

oh, yeah- i blog.
yet again i have completely neglected my blog. oops.
i've been sewing up a storm trying to get ready for stitch. no matter how much i make i feel like it won't be enough. i've been trying to make some things that will appeal to people who don't want clothes (wait- who doesn't want clothes?) or think nothing i make will fit them, so i've been working on some patches and totes. i have some other ideas, too. but there's only so much time in a day.
i have a few new designs lurking around here somewhere, too.
in automaton news, i made some obnoxious halloween jewelry. i realize it takes a special person to wear a gigantic spider on your chest. but they come in 3 colors- red, green and blue.
i have some cockroach earrings ready to list, too.
and now i feel obligated to point out that i also do pretty-
i can't tell if this is pretty or tacky. can it be both?
